D2X is looking for an Institutional Sales Manager to join its office in Amsterdam!

Sales at D2X

Institutional demand for digital asset is growing at fast pace. The mission of the Sales team at D2X is to capitalize on this interest to ensure long-term growth in revenue. Acquiring new clients and retaining them is key to grow our market share in this exciting new industry. The Sales team is the main interface between D2X and its clients and constantly collects customer feedback to ensure our solution matches the needs and wants of the market.


What you'll do

As our Institutional Sales Manager, you will lead D2X’s long-term revenue growth with the strategic objective of client acquisition, client retention, and market share growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generation and conversion of new leads, mainly focusing on the buy-side, eg Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Pension Funds, etc
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to collect relevant feedback
  • Ensuring smooth client onboarding
  • Promotion of full product offering and company representation at events


What we are looking for

  • 4+ years of working experience covering institutional clients
  • Technical knowledge of derivatives
  • Good understanding of market structure and the asset class
  • Good communication skills and commercial acumen
